They really don&#8217;t know what they want to be. They tried some democracy, now they are trying some totalitarianism again with Putin as the shadow president.</p>
<p>It seems to me that Russia hasn&#8217;t been able to shake it&#8217;s image of an also ran super power that is full of nothing but Vodka swilling people that wear cool hats.</p>
