• At the office with Netapp – updating some filers from 7.2.4 to 7.3.2 #
• So 3040 was power cycled to clear sensor error – but the enclosure service error remains – no fault lights. @Netapp being called #
• @cxi It was – just restarted all the shelves and both controllers are throwing the error on channel 0c (weird) – no fault lights at all in reply to cxi #
• @cxi NA Engineer confirmed one of the shelves was basically not appearing in one loop – firmware update recommended – so doing that in reply to cxi #
• Firmware updated – disk shelf still in limbo on one of the loops #
• @cxi They were on ESH4 11, updating to 13 now. Doesn't seem to resolve anything. Recommended restarting everything after the update also in reply to cxi #
• @cxi Going to cycle the loop for shits and giggles – then call NA back and see if they want to replace the module in reply to cxi #

• Still working on Netapp 3040 – swapped ESH4 modules – error still showing on same shelf. Shelf error? weird stuff #
• Just got home post failed Netapp 3040 upgrade. NA stumped as to enclosure error. Swapped ESH mods and cables, must be shelf #fb #
• Awake after last evenings Netapp adventure. Waiting to hear now from NA about how to actually FIX it #fb #
